per their choice. The Ayurveda center at Punnamada resort has an in house
doctor and male and female masseurs to perform the treatments and massages.
Different ayurvedic packages are designed to cure particular ailments. The
doctor suggests the suitable treatment and it is for a period of one week or
more. Head massage, face massage or whole body massage is available as per
requirement. Head massage is done by applying particular ayurvedic creams and
oils on scalp and then massage takes place. Head massage helps in releasing the
stress and provides better sleep.
